A:Yes, meanwhile we outsource the models that we do not have from our partner factoies here ,and combine with our shipment.

A:Generally 3000 pieces @1500 peices per color ; We support our new customers to start at 2000 pieces per model with 1000 pcs X 2 colors.

Q: Can I geta free sample?

A:Sure,even with custom color and logo; Always the freight cost would be collected.

Q: How long is thesamplinglead time?

A:Always 7-14 working days with custom color/logo .

Q: How long is the production lead time?

A:35-45 days for a regular LCL or FCL shipment;  We may need 60 days or for a special larger order ,which would be double checked and re-quoted.

A:Ususally the production is started formally after the order is confirmed formally

Q: Whatkind of file formatsdo you need if I want do my own design?

A:New product developing , it is better to offer CAD /STP files ; New Logo,gift box design, CDR,PDF,ESP out of AI are workable.

Q :All of products are food safe standards and meet to the end-market’s request ?
A:Yes, all products are BPA Free,  and Meet EU market and USA Market Food-safe standars, which has been testified by the third party testing lab ;A testing could be prepared and made in advance for the products you select on the basis of FDA ,LFGB ,EN ,GB ...etc.
